All photographic images published on the Manchester Video website (URLs above) are copyright, Manchester Video Limited unless otherwise stated in the image caption or accompanying documentation.

Freelance image sales are offered on a non-exclusive basis unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Images rights are on a per-use basis unless a valid formal media sale agreement states otherwise.

Images may only be considered to be "sold outright" when a formal media sale agreement has been competed, i.e. signed by both parties, & the required fee in that agreement has been paid to Manchester Video Limited.

Where Manchester Video Limited processes images from third party material we do so strictly on the understanding that the customer requesting and/or paying for the service has obtained prior permission from the copyright owner of the material.

Manchester Video Limited reserve the right to reject material considered by us to be unsuitable.

Manchester Video Limited will NOT copy commercial material protected by copyright without written consent from the copyright owner.

Material deemed unsuitable or copyright protected will be returned and an administration fee may be charged.

Video grabs, image enhancement, modification or duplication is provided as a service by Manchester Video Limited. We do not accept any liability for consequential loss caused as a result of the publication, distribution or existence of the material, image or electronic/magnetic content.
